Weigh-in day

So I decided weigh-in day will be Saturday. I typically don't work out on Fridays, so it makes sense. I have found that doing a work out the say before weigh-in makes me retain fluid, because I will rest on weigh-in day and usually be down up to a pound the next day.

I am still trying to get back on track eating wise from being on vacation.  But we ate so much delicious food that my body is still craving it. Needless to say we had Twisted Root Burger twice in a row this week.

With all that being said, my official weight this morning was 176.8. I would like to be down to 135. Who knows if that will ever happen, but to be a good weight for my very short 5ft2in body it's where I need to be. So that's approximately 42 lbs I need to lose. I've already lost 37...yep that's right...I used to weigh OVER 200lbs. Not something I am proud of but it is what it is.

Thank you for reading my rambling & following me on this journey. Maybe I can get Robert to do a little blogging about his journey as well. Without his support I don't think I would be as far as I am today. Now if we can just get the eating part down & not give in to ALL of our cravings I think we will be good to go.

  1. yeah the eating part is the hardest part. Who wants to eat grilled chicken and salad everyday :P
