Weigh-in

It's weigh-in day agin. Luckily everyone started off in a good mood today. I hate being woke up by cranky kids, it just makes me cranky.

Anyway, back to weigh-in. Today I'm back down to 174.6. Which is good considering I only made it to the gym once. And that one time was for 15 minutes. Alex had a meltdown at the Kids Club so we had to cut our trip short.  I was just getting really good & sweaty on the elliptical.

An update on my goals.

1. Get to work at 7 am - only managed once this week. I'm not sleeping well so it makes getting up difficult.
2. Watch what I eat - I did fairly well on this one. I kept track for about half the week & only ate what I brought for breakfast/lunch/snack
3. Workout 3 times - So far I've been once. Hopefullu headed out as soon as the kids have breakfast. PLUS we are headed to the pool today.
4. Workout for an hour each time - didn't happen
5. Cook Sun-Thurs - I made it all the way to Thursday. We ended up at DQ because I REALLY wanted steak fingers.

Next week will probably be a not so great weigh-in since we are headed to visit family. The plus side is my family is doing the same things we are, actually more because they really do watch what they eat. But with a holiday & a birthday to celebrate I may just skip weigh-in.
